Charu touched many hearts and stomachs with her incredible Sri Lankan cuisine expertise and passion. Her spicy Prawn Sambal was always packed full of flavour but once enjoyed with the perfect combination of Sri Lankan sides were always nicely rounded and balanced like this beautiful illustration of ingredients by Evie Cahir.
