Nige’s Fish Kebab recipe is dynamic and multifaceted. It will be the life of the party at your backyard BBQ,  picnic in the park (pre-assemble and simply BBQ on the spot), or just the dish to make a midweek dinner feel special. 

The epic marinade is the key to success with Nige’s Fish Kebabs. For assembling kebabs, Nige prefers to use swordfish but if it’s not available make sure you tell your fishmonger you’re looking for a firm, fleshed fish that can be skewered.
