our refund policy

With a very limited run of each item created, we’re not able to accommodate returns or refunds due to change of mind or size. If you receive your order in the mail and there is a manufacturing fault, please take a photo of your item straight away and email us at hello@freeto.org. In this case, we will happily assist in organising an exchange or refund. Please note: we will not accept returns for any reason after 7 days from arrival.
